Fees follow the shape of your close — entity count, complexity, and how tight the reporting window is — not a one-size subscription.

What moves the estimate
- Number of legal entities and reporting currencies
- Inventory, long-term contracts, or significant estimates
- Whether the review is a routine month-end or a year-end pack
- On-site versus hybrid delivery
- How complete the working papers are at kickoff
What is not included
Bookkeeping, journal posting, tax filings, and statutory audit opinions sit outside these rates. If we spot work that belongs to your bookkeeper or auditor, we will say so rather than expand scope quietly.
Deposits and billing
Year-end close reviews usually require a 30% booking deposit to reserve the close window. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the findings memo. Session-based coaching is billed after each session unless a package is agreed in writing.
