Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided, message content, engagement interest, preferred close date)
• Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
• Engagement records needed to deliver financial close review management (client contacts, meeting notes, and files you supply)

We do not ask for Hong Kong Identity Card numbers or payment card details through the website contact form.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, invoice, meet legal obligations, and — with consent where required — improve the website via analytics.

Legal basis

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and related practice, we process data for the purposes you were told about at collection, for contractual necessity, and for legitimate business records related to professional services.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for seven years after completion unless a longer period is required by law or professional standards. Analytics data follows the cookie lifetimes described on our Cookies page.

Sharing

We share personal data with IT and email providers who host our systems under confidentiality arrangements, with professional advisers when required, and with authorities when legally compelled. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some email or file-exchange providers may process data outside Hong Kong. Where transfers occur, we take steps appropriate to the risk, including contractual safeguards with providers.

Your rights

You may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, and information about how it is used. To exercise these rights, email info@netsyncplatform.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

Children

Our services are directed at business finance professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this notice by posting changes on this page. Significant changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated by email where practical.
