By accessing https://netsyncplatform.digital or engaging Netsyncplatform for financial close review management and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book an engagement.

Website use

Content on this site is for general information about our services and rates. It does not constitute an audit opinion, assurance report, tax advice, or an offer capable of immediate acceptance until a written engagement letter is signed.

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape content for commercial republication without consent.

Engagements

Professional services are governed by a separate engagement letter stating scope, fees, client responsibilities, and deliverables. Where the engagement letter conflicts with these website terms, the engagement letter prevails for that matter.

We do not provide statutory audit opinions through this practice. Close review findings are management information only.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Netsyncplatform or its licensors. Working papers and client data remain the client’s property; our findings memos are licensed to the client for internal use and for sharing with their appointed auditors.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Netsyncplatform is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter, and never exceeds fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
